WARNING
ELECTRIC SHOCK can kill.
Do not touch live electrical parts.
Turn Off power source and input disconnect device.
Disconnect input plug or power conductors from
deenergized supply BEFORE moving power
source.
FALLING EQUIPMENT can cause injury
and damage.
Properly install and secure power source into holes
provided on cart.
Always secure or remove any tools stored on cart
before moving unit.
Cart is only designed to handle weight of power
source, cables, torch, and a few simple tools do not
overload cart with any additional weight.

installed in bottom pan before
installing axle to running gear.

Remove paint from
axle grooves (12)
before installing re-
taining rings (9).

. Be sure that recessed
opening on hub is to
the outside on axle to
allow installation of
retaining ring.

Remove side panel screws from left and
right side of power source that align with
holes in brackets.
15 Slot (2)
Loosen side panel screws on left and right
side of power source that align with slots in
brackets.
16 Pad (4)
Place power source on running gear pads
and lower loosened side panel screws into
slots in brackets.
Reinstall screws through holes in brackets
and back into side panels. Tighten side
panel screws to secure power source to
running gear.

. Cord wrap can be installed to
either left or right side of
running gear.

Install support bracket to running
gear and hold in place using screws
in side without cord wrap. Do not
tighten hardware.
Install cord wrap and hold in place
using supplied screws. Upper
screws must also hold support
bracket. Tighten all hardware.
22 Hole (2)
Remove side panel screws from left
and right side of power source that
align with holes in brackets.
23 Slot (2)
Loosen side panel screws on left
and right side of power source that
align with slots in brackets.
24 Pad (4)
Place power source on running
gear pads and lower loosened side
panel screws into slots in brackets.
Reinstall screws through holes in
brackets and back into side panels.
Tighten side panel screws to
secure power source to running
gear.
Optional Small Unit Bracket
Installation:
If installing a smaller unit on the run-
ning gear, proceed as follows:

Install adapter brackets (22 and 23)
to unit using left and right side
wrapper screws that align with
bracket inner mounting flanges.
Install screw (17) and nut (18) into
left and right rear holes of outer
flange on mounting brackets. Do
not tighten hardware.
Install unit with brackets onto cart
so that loose hardware in rear
bracket holes slides down into cart
slots (20). Install screw (17) and nut
(18) into left and right front holes of
outer flange on mounting brackets.
Tighten both front and rear
hardware in mounting brackets to
secure unit to cart.
