Quick Start Guide
Dear customer. Thank you for purchasing this
state of the art LCD Tv and DVD player. Before
discarding the packaging please ensure the
product is installed and working.
Remove the Tv from the carton and carefully
remove the screen protection. Check you have all
the accessories stated in the instruction booklet.
If the Tv has been stored in a cool area, allow 20
minutes for the Tv to acclimatise to room
temperature.
Connection. Unravel the mains wire and DC
wire of the mains adaptor.
Plug the DC connector into the
Tv and plug the mains lead into
the power adaptor.
Plug in a suitable aerial to the
socket shown below.
Plug the mains lead into a wall socket and switch
on. The Tv will now come on in Standby. Noted
by a Red Led displaying in the lower right corner
of the TV (9). Press the standby button (7) and
the Led will turn green. After a few seconds the
screen will light up.
Press the TV/AV button (1) to select TV. The
screen will display (NO SIGNAL).
You must now install your local tv stations.
Press the LCD MENU/MENU button three times to
access the TV Menu. Using the / buttons,
select AUTOSEARCH and press . The Tv will
now start searching. A progress bar will show
tuning progress.
When tuning is complete, the Tv will display the
first station found. In most cases this will be BBC1.
If not please refer to the Instruction book, page 15
section “SWAP”.
Volume Control. To change the Volume level use
either the VOL+/VOL- buttons on the Tv (3/4) or
VOL+/VOL- on the R/C.
DVD.
To select DVD operation press the TV/AV button
until DVD is shown on the Tv screen.
Insert a DVD disc with the Shiny side facing
towards you, (label side away).
The disc will be installed and the screen will show
either the disc menu, or play automatically.
Remote Control.
Remove the battery cover and install the batteries,
observing the battery polarities.
