Assembly Instructions
Read the ENTIRE IMPORTANT SAFETY
INFORMATION section at the beginning
of this document including all text
under subheadings therein before
set up or use of this product.
Note: You will need 10mm, 14mm and 17mm
sockets and/or end wrenches for assembly.
1. Unwrap and separate all parts on a clear work area.
2. Attaching the Handles and Upper Shelf
Slide each set of
Handles (1)
through the
corner slots in the
Upper Shelf (15)
and align the
holes nearest the
curved handle
section with the
holes in the side
of the Shelf. Bolt
in place using
four of the 1-1/2"
Bolts (16), Small
Washers (2), and
Nuts (3).
3. Attaching the Drawer Frame
Slide the Drawer
Frame (5a) up to
the under side of
the Upper Shelf
(15), aligning the
holes in the
Drawer Frame
with the four holes
in the bottom of
the Upper Shelf.
Secure in place
using 3/4" Bolts
(7), Large
Washers (8), and
Nuts (9).

Slide the Drawer
(5) into the
Drawer Frame
and lock in place
with the Key
(10).
6. Attaching the
Lower Shelf
Slide the Handle ends
through the corner slots
in the Lower Shelf
(15a) and align the
remaining holes. Bolt in
place using four of the
1-1/2” Bolts (16), Small
Washers (2), and Nuts
(3).
Note: Check that the unit is square and the drawer slides
easily. Retighten all bolts if needed to adjust the cart.
7. Installing the Wheels
The Service Cart has two locking Swivel
Casters (12) and two non-locking Swivel
Casters (13). Both Locking Swivel Casters must
be installed at the same end of the Service
Cart. Choose the location of the Locking
Casters before beginning.
Using a rubber mallet (sold separately), insert
the Caster Holders into the ends of the Handles
so that the small holes are at the opening.
Place some grease (sold separately) on the end of the
shank of the Caster, then press the Casters into the
Caster Holders as far as they will go. Use a steel rod
and a rubber mallet to tap the Casters the rest of the
way into the Caster Holder.
Note: The Casters need to be tapped into their slots for
a snug t. The nylon Caster Holder expands as the
Caster is tapped into place, creating a snug t
CAUTION: Do not tap directly on the Caster with the rubber
mallet. The Caster may break.
