1. Pop out the pedometer itself, just hold the strand and then push the pedometer from top and
push it out on the back.
2. Then insert it into the special charger, make sure the contacts are facing towards eachother
3. Then insert the USB cable into a pc or a smartphone charger and it will charge the fitnessband.
