Installation:
The Turbo-grill GL2002 is made for 400V/6 Kw.
The grill MUST be earth connected. 2 phases + neutral + earth
Before starting:
Before starting your new machine, place 1 cm of coarse salt at the surface, close the lid and heat it to
about 250-300 °C for about 10 minutes. Remove the salt and grease the lid and plate with oil.
and the lid and plate is then painted with oil.
Temperature:
The temperature is controlled by the thermostats from 0-350 °C. The control lamp glows during heating
and switch off when the wanted temperature is reached. When the thermostat is at 0, the grill is off.
Starting up:
Put the thermostat on both Zones at 100 °C. and let the heat spread.
When the control lamp switches off, the temperature can be adjusted to whatever wanted.
Cleaning:
The grill plate is cleaned for burnt material with a scraper (of steel).The outside is cleaned with general
cleansing agent (or a special polish for metal - GROVRENT).
Remember to empty the small pan/container for fat everyday.
NEVER use synthetic detergent on the grill plate.
Turbo-Grill model GL2002:
The spring pressure of the lid is adjustable.
1. Open the lid.
2. Turn the handle anti-clockwise for larger pressure from the lid.
3. Turn the handle clockwise for less pressure from the lid.
