Mini Chopper

Intended Use

This Multi-Purpose Chopper is intended exclusively

for the processing of small quantities of boneless

foodstuffs or for the whipping of cream.

This universal food processor is also designed

exclusively for use in private households. This also

includes observance of all information in these

operating instructions, particularly the safety instruc-

tions. All other uses are deemed to be improper and

can result in property damage or even in personal

injury. We shall not accept liability for damages

caused due to improper use of the appliance.

Safety Instructions

Risk of electic shock!

• Connect the universal food processor only to

properly installed power sockets with a mains

voltage of 220 -240 V and 50 Hz.

• To avoid potentially fatal risks, arrange for a de-

fective power plug and/or cable to be replaced

at once by qualified technicians or our Customer

Service Department.

• Unplug the universal food processor from the

socket if you notice any faulty operation and

when you decide to clean it.

• Always remove the power cable from the socket

by pulling on the plug, do not pull on the cable

itself.

• Do not crease or crimp the power cable and

place the power cable in such a way to prevent

anyone from stepping or tripping over it.

Do not submerse the motor block of the universal

food processor in liquids at any time and do

not permit liquids to penetrate into the housing

of the motor block.

• NEVER subject the appliance to moisture and do

not use it outdoors. If by chance liquids do enter

into the housing, unplug the appliance from the

power socket immediately and have it repaired

by a qualified technician.

• Never grasp the universal food processor, the

power cable or the plug with wet hands.

• Should the power cable or motor block become

damaged, arrange for the universal food processor

to be repaired by a qualified specialist before

using it again. Do not open the motor block housing

of the universal food processor. Should you do

so, appliance safety can no longer be assured

and the warranty becomes void.

• Separate your universal food processor from the

mains supply immediately after use. The appliance

is completely free of electrical power only when

you unplug it .

Risk of personal injury!

• This appliance is not intended for use by individuals

(including children) with restricted physical,

physiological or intellectual abilities or deficiences

in experience and/or knowledge unless they are

supervised by a person responsible for their safety

or receive from this person instruction in how the

appliance is to be used.

• Children should be supervised to ensure that they

do not play with the appliance.

• Handle the extremely sharp blade with caution,

it can cause injuries. Reassemble the universal

food processor after using and cleaning it so that

you do not injure yourself with the blade.

Keep the blade out of the reach of children.

• Never attempt to remove foodstuffs from the

vessel as long as the blade is still running.

Risk of serious injury!

• Before removing the motor block, wait until the

knife has stopped rotating. NEVER try to grasp

the still rotating knife blade! Risk of serious injury!

Risk of fire!

• Do not run the universal food processor for more

than 1 minute at a time. After this period allow it

to cool down.

Attention!

• Pay heed to the table regarding the filling quantities

given in the chapter “Operation”. Exceeding these

may cause foodstuffs to spill out.

• Do NOT clean the motor block in the dish-washer,

doing so would damage it.

CO Time

The C.O. Time (Continuous Operation) details how

long an appliance may be used without the motor

overheating and being damaged. After the appliance

has run for for this period it must be switched off until

the motor has cooled itself down.

Note

Before using the appliance for the first time, clean it

thoroughly as per the instructions given in the chapter

"Cleaning".

Place the bowl 6 in the appliance base 9.

Place the blade holder 5 with the knife 7 on

the mounting 8.

Prepare the items to be processed by cutting lar-

ge pieces to a size that will fit in the bowl 6.

Place the food to be processed in the bowl 6.

Thereby, take note of the following table:

Close the bowl 6 with the lid 4: Place it on the

bowl 6 so that the lugs on the lid 4 engage in

the slots on the bowl 6. Then turn the lid 4 so

that the lugs slide unter the slots and the lid 4

locks into place.

Place the motor block 2 on the lid collar 3.

Press the motor block 2 downwards, as shown

in Figure B. The motor starts with the normal

operating speed.

 To make use of the higher processing speed

"Turbo", press, in addition to the motor block 2,

the turbo button 1 and keep it pressed down,

as shown in Figure C.

Note

Should larger pieces of the contents collect on the

wall of the bowl while processing, lift the motor

block 2 from the lid collar 3. Shake the bowl 6

vigorously and then continue with the processing.

Before the processing, particularly hard foods must

be cut into smaller pieces (about 2cm). Otherwise,

the motor could block. With hard foodstuffs select a

pulsating processing. For this, press the turbo button

1 repeatedly for a short time (in addition to the

motor block 2). Should the foodstuff not be com-

pletely pulverised, you can either cut it into smaller

pieces or lift the motor block 2 from the lid col-

lar 3. Shake the bowl 6 vigorously and then con-

tinue with the processing.

When the contents have been sufficiently chopped,

release the motor block 2 and, if necessary, the

turbo button 1.

 Unplug the power cable from the socket.

Risk of personal injury!

Never attempt to remove food from the bowl 6

when the blade 7 is still in motion. Contents could

shoot out and make a mess.

Wait until the blade 7 has stopped rotating.

Lift the motor block 2 from the lid collar 3.

 Remove the lid 4.

Risk of personal injury!

To avoid injuries, exercise caution when handling

the extremely sharp blade 7. Keep the blade 7

out of the reach of children.

Carefully pull the blade holder 5 with the knife

7 out of the bowl 6.

 Remove the contents.

Note

Due to the grinding of hard and abrasive foodstuffs,

the bowl 6 can take on a dull appearance over

time. This is normal and does not influence the

functioning of the appliance.

Tip

After you have finished processing the foodstuffs,

you can use the appliance base

as a cover for

the bowl

, this will help to keep the foodstuff fresh

for longer.

Remove the motor block 2 and the lid 4 from

the bowl

Beating cream

Using the whisk attachment 0, you can also whip

cream with this appliance:

Place the bowl 6 in the appliance base 9.

Place the blade holder 5 with the knife 7 on

the mounting 8.

Push the whisk attachment 0 onto the blade hol-

der 5:

For 100ml of cream, place it on the blade holder

so that the whisk attachment 0 rests on the two

blades and engages.

For 200ml of cream, turn the whisk attachment

0 vertically through 180°, so that it rests on

only one blade and engages. It then ploughs

higher through the cream:

Pour the cream in.

Close the bowl 6 with the lid 4: Place it on the

bowl 6 so that the lugs on the lid 4 engage in

the slots on the bowl 6. Then turn the lid 4 so

that the lugs slide unter the slots and the lid 4

locks into place.

Place the motor block 2 on the lid collar 3.

Press the motor block 2 downwards , as shown

in Figure B. The motor starts with the normal ope-

rating speed.

Note

To whip cream optimally, it should be well chilled before

being whipped (max 8°C / refrigerator temperature).

For 100ml of cream we recommend a whipping time

of 30 seconds at normal speed.

For 200 ml of cream we recommend a whipping time

of 30 - 50 seconds at normal speed.

Due to various factors, for example the fat content of

the cream or the outdoor temperature, the whipping

time can however vary! Observe the cream whilst

whipping it and adjust the processing time to your

requirements.

Cleaning

Risk of electric shock!

Always remove the plug from the power socket

before cleaning the universal food processor.

Under no circumstances may the appliance be

immersed in water or held under running water

during cleaning.

Risk of personal injury!

To avoid injuries, exercise caution when handling

the extremely sharp blade 7. Reassemble the univer-

sal food processor after using and cleaning it so

that you do not injure yourself on the exposed

blade 7. Keep the blade 7 out of the reach of

children.

Attention!

Do not clean the motor block 2 in the dish-washer

as doing so would damage it.

 Unplug the power cable from the socket.

Clean the motor block 2 and the blade holder

5 with the blade 7 by using a well pressed-out

sponge.

Clean the bowl 6, the whisk attachment 0, the

lid 4 and the appliance base 9 under running

water and use a tea-towel to dry them well.

Alternatively, you can wash all components,

EXCEPT the motor block 2, in the dish-washer.

Troubleshooting

Symptom:

The Universal Food Processor will not switch itself on.

Possible cause and remedy:

A domestic electrical fuse is defect.

Check the fuses and replace them if necessary.

The power socket is defective. Try another power

socket.

The universal food processor is possibly defective.

Check the power cable and the power plug for

damages. Arrange for the Universal Food Processor

to be checked by specialists.

Disposal

Do not dispose of the appliance in your

normal domestic waste. This product is

subject to the provisions of European

Directive 2002/96/EC.

Dispose of the appliance through an approved

disposal centre or at your community waste facility.

Observe the currently applicable regulations.

In case of doubt, please contact your waste disposal

centre.

Dispose of all packaging materials in an

environmentally friendly manner.

the date of purchase. The appliance has been ma-

nufactured with care and meticulously examined be-

fore delivery. Please retain your receipt as proof of

purchase. In the event of a warranty claim, please

make contact by telephone with our Service Depart-

ment. Only in this way can a post-free despatch for

your goods be assured.

The warranty covers only claims for material and

manufacturing defects, but not for transport dama-

ge, for wearing parts or for damage to fragile com-

ponents, e.g. buttons or batteries. This product is for

private use only and is not intended for commercial

use. The warranty is void in the case of abusive and

improper handling, use of force and internal tampe-

ring not carried out by our authorized service

branch. Your statutory rights are not restricted in

any way by this warranty.

The warranty period will not be extended by repairs

made under warranty. This applies also to replaced

and repaired parts. Any damage and defects extant

Määräystenmukainen käyttö

Monitoimikone on tarkoitettu ainoastaan luuttomien

elintarvikkeiden pienten määrien hienontamiseen tai

kerman vatkaamiseen.

Tämä yleisleikkuri on tarkoitettu ainoastaan yksityi-

sissä kotitalouksissa käytettäväksi. Käytössä on nou-

datettava kaikkia tässä käyttöohjeessa mainittuja oh-

jeita, erityisesti turvaohjeita. Mikä tahansa muu

käyttö on määräystenvastaista käyttöä, ja se voi joh-

taa esine- tai henkilövahinkoihin. Valmistaja ei ota

vastuuta vahingoista, jotka johtuvat määräystenva-

staisesta käytöstä.

Turvaohjeet

Sähköiskun vaara!

• Liitä yleisleikkuri ainoastaan määräysten mukaan

• Anna vaurioitunut verkkopistoke tai virtajohto heti

niin, ettei kukaan astu sen päälle tai kompastu siihen.

Yleisleikkurin moottorilohkoa ei saa missään

tapauksessa upottaa nesteeseen eikä moottori-

lohkon koteloon saa päästää nesteitä.

• Laitetta ei saa altistaa kosteudelle, eikä sitä saa

käyttää ulkona. Jos laitteen koteloon kuitenkin joutuu

• Älä koskaan koske yleisleikkuriin, verkkojohtoon

korjattavaksi, ennen kuin sitä voidaan käyttää

uudelleen. Yleisleikkurin moottorilohkon koteloa

ei saa avata. Jos laitteen kotelon avaa itse,

turvallisuus ei ole taattu eikä takuu ole voimassa.

• Irrota yleisleikkurisi sähköverkosta heti käytön

• Odota, kunnes terä on pysähtynyt, ennen kuin

irrotat moottorilohkon. Älä koskaan koske vielä

Tulipalon vaara!

• Yleisleikkuria ei saa käyttää koskaan pidempään

kuin 1 minuutin kerrallaan. Anna sen sitten jäähtyä.

Huomio!

• Huomaa täyttömäärät kertova taulukko luvussa

"Käyttö". Muutoin ulos roiskuvat ruoka-aineet

voivat liata paikkoja.

• Moottorilohkoa ei saa puhdistaa astianpesuko-

neessa. Se saattaa vaurioitua.

Ohje

Ennen ensimmäistä käyttöä laite on puhdistettava

Puhdistus-luvun ohjeiden mukaisesti.

Aseta kulho 6 tukijalkaan 9.

Työnnä teräpidike 5 terineen 7 laakerille 8.

Valmistele täytettävä tuote pienentämällä suuret

palaset niin, että ne mahtuvat kulhoon 6.

Aseta täytettävä tuote kulhoon 6. Huomioi

tällöin seuraava taulukko:

Sulje kulho 6 kannella 4: Aseta se kulholle 6

niin, että kannessa 4 olevat nokat osuvat kulhon 6

kiskoihin. Kierrä kantta 4 sitten niin, että nokat

liukuvat kiskoissa alaspäin ja kansi 4 lukittuu

paikoilleen.

Aseta moottorilohko 2 kannen liitososalle 3

Paina moottorilohkoa 2 alaspäin kuvassa B

esitetyllä tavalla. Moottori käynnistyy

normaalilla työstönopeudella.

 Saadaksesi täytetylle tuotteelle suuremman

"Turbo"-työstönopeuden on moottorilohkon 2

lisäksi painettava Turbo-painiketta 1 ja pidettävä

sitä painettuna kuvassa C osoitetulla tavalla.

Ohje

Jos työstön aikana kulhon reunoihin kerääntyy suurem-

pia kappaleita täytettyä tuotetta, nosta moottori-

lohko 2 kannen liitososalta 3. Ravista kulhoa 6

voimakkaasti ja aloita työstö lopuksi uudelleen alusta.

Erityisen kovat elintarvikkeet on paloiteltava ennen

työstöä pienemmiksi paloiksi (n. 2 cm). Ellers kan

motoren blokere. Vælg impulsdrift ved hårde føde-

varer. Paina tätä varten Turbo-painiketta 1 useita

kertoja lyhyesti (moottorilohkon 2 lisäksi). Jos täy-

tetty tuote ei hienonnu täysin, voit joko leikata sen

pienemmiksi paloiksi tai nostaa moottorilohkon 2

kannen liitos-

osalta 3. Ravista kulhoa 6 voimakkaasti ja aloita

työstö lopuksi uudelleen alusta.

Kun täytetty tuote on silputtu, irrota ote moottori-

osasta 2 ja vapauta tarvittaessa Turbo-painike 1.

 Vedä verkkopistoke pistorasiasta.

Loukkaantumisvaara!

Älä koskaan ota elintarvikkeita kulhosta 6, niin

kauan kun terä 7 vielä pyörii. Pyörivä terä

aiheuttaa loukkaantumisvaaran. Ulos roiskuvat

ruoka-aineet voivat liata paikkoja.

Odota, kunnes terä 7 seisoo paikoillaan.

Nosta moottorilohko 2 kannen liitososalta 3.

 Nosta kansi 4 pois.

Loukkaantumisvaara!

Erittäin terävää terää 7 käsiteltäessä on olemassa

loukkaantumisvaara. Pidä terä 7 poissa lasten

ulottuvilta.

Vedä teräpidike 5 terineen 7 varovasti ulos

kulhosta 6.

 Poista ruoka-ainekset sekoitusastiasta.

Ohje

Kovempien, hankaavien elintarvikkeiden silppuaminen

voi ajan mittaan saada kulhon 6 näyttämään samealta.

Tämä on normaalia, eikä se vaikuta laitteen toimin-

taan.

Ohje

Voit käyttää telinettä 9 elintarvikkeen työstämisen

jälkeen astian 6 kantena säilyttääksesi elintarvik-

keet pidempään tuoreina

Irrota moottorilohko 2 ja kansi 4 kulhosta 6.

Teräpidike 5 ja terä 7 voivat halutessasi jäädä

kulhoon 6.

Irrota teline 9 astian 6 alapuolelta. Nyt voit

asettaa telineen 9 astialle 6 niin, että se sulkee

astian 6.

Kerman vatkaaminen

Laitteen vatkainosalla 0 voi myös vatkata kermaa:

Aseta kulho 6 tukijalkaan 9.

Työnnä teräpidike 5 terineen 7 laakerille 8.

Työnnä vatkainosa 0 teräpidikkeeseen 5:

Kun vatkataan 100 ml kermaa, työnnä vatkainosa

teräpidikkeeseen siten, että vatkainosa 0 on

molempien terien päällä ja lukittuu paikalleen.

Kun vatkataan 200 ml kermaa, käännä vatkainosaa

0 180° vertikaalisessa suunnassa siten, että se

on vain toisen terän päällä ja lukittuu paikalleen.

Vatkainosa pyörii kermassa silloin korkeammalla:

Kaada kulhoon kermaa.

Sulje kulho 6 kannella 4: Aseta kansi kulhon 6

päälle siten, että kannessa 4 olevat nokat osuvat

kulhon 6 kiskoihin. Kierrä kantta 4 sitten niin,

että nokat liukuvat kiskoissa alaspäin ja kansi 4

lukittuu paikoilleen.

Aseta moottorilohko 2 kannen liitososalle 3

Paina moottorilohkoa 2 alaspäin kuvassa B esitetyllä

tavalla. Moottori käynnistyy normaalilla työstö-

nopeudella.

Ohje

Kerman tulee olla kylmää ennen vatkaamista (enint. 8 °C/jää-

kaappilämpötila). Suosittelemme, että 100 ml ker-

maa vatkataan n. 30 sekunnin ajan suurella nopeu-

della.

Mikäli vatkataan 200 ml kermaa, suosittelemme että

kermaa vatkataan n. 30 - 50 sekunnin ajan normaalilla

nopeudella.

Vatkausaika voi kuitenkin vaihdella olosuhteista johtuen,

esim. kerman rasvapitoisuudesta tai huoneen lämpö-

tilasta riippuen! Tarkkaile kermaa vatkauksen aikana ja

sovita vatkausaika olosuhteiden mukaiseksi.

Puhdistus

Sähköiskun vaara!

Vedä aina verkkopistoke verkkopistorasiasta ennen

yleisleikkurin puhdistamista. Laitetta ei saa puhdis-

tettaessa missään tapauksessa kastaa veteen tai pitää

juoksevan veden alla.

Loukkaantumisvaara!

Erittäin terävää terää 7 käsiteltäessä on olemassa

loukkaantumisvaara. Kokoa yleisleikkuri käytön ja

puhdistuksen jälkeen uudelleen kasaan, jotta et

loukkaa itseäsi esillä olevaan terään 7. Pidä terä

7 poissa lasten ulottuvilta.

Huomio!

Moottorilohkoa 2 ei saa pestä astianpesukoneessa,

se voi vaurioitua.

 Vedä verkkopistoke pistorasiasta.

Puhdista moottorilohko 2 ja teränpidike 5

terineen 7 hyvin puristetulla sienellä.

Puhdista kulho 6, vatkainosa 0, kansi 4 ja

tukijalusta 9 juoksevan veden alla ja kuivaa ne

pyyhkeellä.

Voit myös puhdistaa kaikki muut osat astianpesu-

koneessa moottorilohkoa 2 lukuun ottamatta.

Toimintahäiriöiden korjaus

Oire:

Yleisleikkuri ei käynnisty.

Mahdollinen syy ja apu:

Kotitaloussulake on viallinen.

Tarkasta sulakkeet ja vaihda tarvittaessa.

Pistorasia on viallinen. Kokeile toista pistorasiaa.

Yleisleikkuri saattaa olla rikki.

Tarkista virtajohto ja pistoke vaurioiden varalta.

Anna ammattihenkilöiden tarkastaa yleisleikkuri.

Takuu ja huolto

Laitteen takuu on 3 vuotta ostopäivästä. Laite on

valmistettu huolellisesti ja tarkistettu tarkasti ennen

toimitusta. Säilytä ostokuitti todisteeksi takuun voi-

massaolosta.

Ota takuutapauksessa puhelimitse yhteyttä huoltopi-

steeseesi. Vain näin voidaan taata tuotteesi maksu-

ton lähettäminen huoltoon.

Takuu koskee ainoastaan materiaali- ja valmistusvir-

heitä, ei kuitenkaan kuljetusvaurioita, kuluvia osia tai

herkästi vaurioituvien osien, esim. kytkinten tai akku-

jen vaurioita.

Tuote on tarkoitettu ainoastaan yksityiseen, ei kau-

palliseen käyttöön.

Väärä tai asiaton käyttö, väkivallan käyttö ja mui-

Multihack

Föreskriven användning

Den här multihackaren ska endast användas för att

hacka sönder små mängder livsmedel utan ben samt

för att vispa grädde.

Hushållsmaskinen är endast avsedd för privat bruk.

I föreskriven användning ingår även att läsa och

följa alla anvisningar i den här bruksanvisningen, i

synnerhet säkerhetsanvisningarna. All övrig använd-

ning räknas som ej föreskriven och kan leda till

skador på material och i värsta fall på person.

Vi ansvarar inte för skador som är ett resultat av

felaktig användning.

Säkerhetsanvisningar

Risk för elchocker!

• Anslut bara hushållsmaskinen till ett godkänt eluttag

med en nätspänning på 220-240 V

med 50 Hz.

• Låt omedelbart en auktoriserad yrkesman eller

vår kundtjänst byta ut skadade kontakter och

strömkablar för att undvika risken för skador.

• Dra alltid ut kontakten vid störningar och innan

du ska rengöra hushållsmaskinen.

• Fatta alltid tag om kontakten när du drar ut den

ur uttaget, dra aldrig i själva kabeln.

• Kläm eller bocka inte nätkabeln och lägg den så

att ingen kan trampa på eller snubbla över den.

Du får absolut inte doppa ner motorblocket

i vatten eller andra vätskor och det får inte

• Du får inte utsätta apparaten för fukt och inte

innan du använder apparaten igen. Du får inte

försöka öppna motorblockets hölje. Gör du det

kan vi inte garantera säkerheten och garantin

förlorar sin giltighet.

• Bryt strömtillförseln genom att dra ut kontakten så

snart du använt apparaten färdigt. Den är endast

helt strömfri när kontakten dragits ut ur uttaget.

• Den här apparaten ska inte användas av personer

(inklusive barn) med begränsad fysisk, sensorisk
