High temperature and prolonged cooking time always destroys the food’s nutrition and

BEFORE FIRST USE
Before using this unit, please read these instructions carefully and be sure to understand
the controls on your convection oven. Save this manual and pass it on to the next user.
Carefully take the convection oven out of its packaging. Remove all the packaging
material and keep it together with the box. Please ensure to safely store or discard the
protective packaging and wrappings immediately. It is important to keep these away
from babies, infants and children for safety purposes.
Wash the accessories and glass bowl in warm soapy water, rinse well and dry
thoroughly before first use.
It is normal if some smoke or odour emanates from the appliance when first used.
Practice disassembly and assembly of the accessories, in particular the tongs (for the
cooking racks) and the cooking lid holder. Ensure to practice with the convection turbo
oven switched off, disconnected and empty.
7
USING THE CONVECTION TURBO OVEN
Put the steel rack into the glass container, and then place the food inside. With the
supplied tong you can easily take the rack out of the glass bowl. Please make sure
that there is some space between the food and the heating element.
Insert the plug into to the power socket.
Press down the lid handle down, you will hear a click sound. It shows that the side
switch is turned on. For safety precautions, the oven will not operate if the lever has
not been pressed down completely.
Select the desired time and temperature by using the timer and temperature controls.
When you set the timer, the red light (POWER) will light up. The green light (HEAT)
will not light up until you have set the temperature control to 50 degrees or higher.
The green light (HEAT) will switch itself off from time to time - this means that the
convection turbo oven has reached the desired temperature. The temperature light
(green) will light up automatically when the temperature is lower than desired.
After use, lift the lid handle up, pull the plug out from the wall socket and take the lid
off the appliance.
