4.Questions on disassembling the machine

4.1 Common questions
1. Disassembling of controller
1.The power cord must be disconnected from the power supply when disassembling
or repairing the machine.
2.The connector between the harness must be specified wire fastened by proper
tools and wrapped with insulation tape.
3.When sealing in the wire, the prong must be inserted to the bottom of socket
to ensure it can not be pulled out.
4.At routing of the harness, the harness can not touch the belt and the harness
through the moving part like the wheel, the part with acute angle and the high
temperature part like motor should be fastened according to its original state.
5.The screws disassembled should be kept well for next use.
6.When checking the malfunctions with power connecting, it is necessary to be
cautious in case of electrical shock.
4.2 Methods of disassembling the main subassemblies
1)Pull out the water container
2)Unfasten the two screws behind
the top panel with cross screwdriver
and take it out backwards for taking
down the to panel.
3)Unfasten the two screws in the
front of control panel with cross
screwdriver.
4)Unfasten the two screws on the
top of control panel with cross
screwdriver.

5)Pull out the harness terminals
and take out the controller.
6)Place the control panel as shown
in the picture and unfasten the 6
screws from the controller.
2. Disassembling of filter and water level sensor
Pull out the harness terminal from
1)Disassembling of the filter:
the filter and unfasten the two
screws from the filter in order to
take down the filter from the upper
bracket.

Disassemble the top panel and left
side panel with the cross screwdriver.
(1)Pull out the drainage hose
connector from the pump joint.
(2)Take out the pump joint.
(3)Disassemble all the pump covers
of the water level sensor.
(4)Take out the nut on water level
sensor in order to take out the water
level sensor from on the pump cover.

3. Disassembling of the door subassembly
1)Disassemble the hinge holder and
two screws on front panel with cross
screwdriver.Lift the door and take it
down,and then place it on the
platform covered with soft cloth.
2)Disassemble the 11 screws on
the door gasket.
3)Take out the door gasket, door
display window, door hook, door
sealing ring, burn-proof cover and
door hinge sub.
4)Disassemble the door hinge hook,
round pin and door hinge footing.

4.Disassembling of heater sub.
1)Disassemble the 16 screws from
the rear panel for disassembling it.
2)Disassemble the 4 screws from
the air leading board for
disassembling it.
3)Disassemble the 2 screws form
the rear machine and pull the top
panel backwards to disassemble it.
4)Pull out the harness terminal
from filter.
5)Pull out the terminal from the
heater connector.
6)Remove the line clamp as
shown in the picture.
7)Disassemble the 2 screws from
the heater for disassembling the
heater.

5.Disassembling of the drum sub.
1)Remove the drum sub with
bigger belt.
2)Remove the bigger belt from
the drum sub.
3)Disassemble the two screws from
the bearing cover for disassembling
it.
4)Take down the seal ring from the
bearing cover.
5)Disassemble the nuts with
adjustable wrench.
