Before you can start, you should wind up your timepiece first. To do this, wind the crown about twenty

times in the direction of 12 o’clock.

Now the most important thing: the correct time. To do this, pull the crown out to position 3 and bring the

hands into the correct position. Then push the crown back in to position 1.

You can set the date by setting the crown to position 2. After setting the right day, push the crown back to

position 1. Note: Your date changes at midday? This is because the movement does not “know” whether it

is midday or midnight. Simply set your timepiece 12 hours forward.

On the back of your strap, you will find a small metal pin. If you push it to the left, the strap can be easy

released.

Now you can attach a new strap to your timepiece. To do so, do the same thing again: push back the metal

pin and then release it to let the new strap snap into place. Make sure you attach the short side to the

upper side of the watch. Final check: is everything securely in place? Done.
