Mark out centre line of the
installation

"Front Panel Cut out"

with floor of vehicle. Tape
template in place

Drill 4 x 10mm holes in the
corner of the cut out region.
Remove template. Use jig saw to
cut out between the outside of
the 10 mm holes

Align centre line of
"Floor cut out" template
with centre line of installation.
Align front face of cupboard
with line on template. Tape
template in place

Drill the 10mm holes as marked
on floor cut out template.
Use jig saw to cut out the areas
between the 10mm holes

Align centre line of installation
with centre line of
"Rear exhaust cut out"
template".
Align fold in template with
corner of floor and rear wall.
Tape template in place

Drill 4 x 10mm holes as marked
on cut out template. Use jig saw
to cut out the area between the
10mm holes
If required, cut out hole for
power cord access.
A minimum hole of 38mm
diameter is required in the
position shown (438mm back
from the front face of the
cupboard & 113mm up from the
floor)

Install bracing around both sides
of the front cupboard cut out.
This material should be at least
25x50mm and securely attached
to the inside face of the cupboard

Stick the base sealing gasket
around the perimeter of the cut
outs in the floor

Lay the metal slipper over the
gasket with the folded end just
outside the cupboard.

Position the unit into the cut out.
Slide the unit over the top of the
slipper into the cut out and push
all the way in until the front of
the unit is flush with the front of
the cupboard

Hold the unit in position and pull
out the slipper, leaving the unit
sitting on the sealing gasket.
Note: A pair of pliers or mole
grips may be required to pull out
the slipper

Locate three holes on the inside
of the units sheet steel cover.
Use screws provided to secure
the unit to the bracing. Repeat
for three holes on other side of
unit

Locate the control cable plug
on the printed circuit board at
the back of the fascia
Take the grey control cable from
the unit and plug it into the
socket on the board.
Take care to ensure that the plug
is around the correct way and is
fully engaged.

Push fascia into position.
Use the fascia as a guide to drill
6 x 3mm pilot holes for the
attachment screws.
Install fascia with six screws and
cover with screw caps

Insert condenser duct through
the hole in the external wall and
inside the condenser air spigot.
Ensure the duct is pushed in as
far as possible.
Trim excess duct so it is flush
with outside wall.

Insert external condenser grill
inside the duct.
Fix in place with 4 screws.
Cover screw heads with push in
plugs provided
NOTE - Ensure that the grille is
installed as shown with the
louvers sloping downwards to
prevent rain entering duct.

Plug the 3 pin IEC service cable
into the socket
Refer to step 7 for the location of
this hole
