Liftthehooksfromposition1to2makingthefurnituredoorandthe
dishwasherouterdooralign.

coversthatarelocatedoneithersideofthe
outeredge.
Tightenthescrewsintotheholesofthe

Thedishwasherdoorisattachedto
springs.Theyaresetatthefactoryto
ensurethattheyareattheproper
tension,sothatthedoorcanbe
openedandclosedsmoothly.
Afterthefurnituredoorhasbeenfitted,youwillneedtoadjustthetensionofthedoor
spring.
UseanAllenkey(notsupplied)torotatetheadjustingscreworeithertightenorslacken
thesteelcable.
Thespringtensioniscorrectwhen:
a) Thedoorremainshorizontalinthefullyopenedposition.
b) Youareabletoclosethedooreasily.

1MPa.Incomingwatersupplyforthedishwasheriscontrolledbya‘pressureswitch’,soif
thehouseholdwaterpressureislow,dishwasherfilltimewillincreaseormaynotoperate.
WARNING:Pleaseclosethehydrantafterusing.
Connectingtothewateroutlet
AttachthedrainhosetothewallusingtheUbendfittingsuppliedforthispurposeeitherA,
BorCwayasshownabove.Theendofthehoseshouldbedroppedintoadrainage
standpipe,themaximumheightofwhichshouldbe400mmto1000mmabove
thebaseof
thedishwasher.Toallowforanairgaparoundtheendofthedrainhose,thediameterof
thestandpipeshouldbeatleast40mm.

Applyingthecondensationstrip
Thecondensationstripmustbefittedtotheundersideoftheworktoptoprotectitagainst
theingressofmoisture.
1. Ensurethattheunderneathoftheworktopisclean.
2. Separatethebackingpaperawayfromthestrip.
3. Stickthecondensationstriptotheunderneathoftheworktop.
Levelling
Placethedishwasheronaneven,stablesurface.
Itisveryimportantthatthedishwasherisperfectlylevelledin
ordertoavoidthedishwashertomalfunction.Youcanlevelthe
dishwasherbyadjustingthebasefeet.
Themaximumheightofthebasefeetis60mm.
OPERATION
Yourdishwashercleansbysprayingamixtureofcleanwateranddetergent(under
pressure)againstthesoiledsurfaceofdishes.Thewaterispumpedthrougharotating
sprayarm,drainedthroughafilterremovingfoodandsoiledparticlesandpumpedback
throughthesprayarm.
Soiledwaterispumpedoutand
replacedwithcleanwaterattheendofeachcycle(the
numberoftimesdependsonthecyclebeingused).
NOTE:
HardWaterconditionswilladverselyaffectwashabilityperformanceofyourdishwasher.
Hardwaterconditionswillalsocontributeto“Lime”(whitefilmsubstance)depositsand/or
“Scaling”onthe
stainlesssteelsurfaceofthedishwashertubandheaterelementlocated
inthesumpunderneaththeremovablefilterscreen.
Toassistinminimisingtheseconditions,itisrecommendedtoperiodicallyoperate/rinse
theinsideofthedishwasher(empty)using1cupofwhitevinegar(atleastonceaweek).

GeneralWarningsandRecommendations
Beforeusingthedishwasherforthefirsttime,itisadvisabletoreadthefollowing
recommendationsconcerningdishtypestobewashedandtheirloading.

Beforeloadingthedishesintothebasketsitisnecessaryto:
Removecoarsefoodremains,e.g.bones,whichmayclogthefilterordamagethewash
pump.
Soakanypotsorpanswithburntonfoodremainsonthebottomthenloadtheminto
thebasket.
Thereisnoneedtoprewashthedishesunderrunningwaterbeforeloadingthemintothe
basket.
WARNING:
Makesurethatthe dishesaresecurelyinplacesothattheycannottipoverorobstruct
therotationofthesprayarmduringthewashingcycle.
Containerssuchascups,bowls,glassesandpotsshouldalwaysbeloadedwiththe
openingfacingdownwardsandwithanycavitiesatanangle,toallowthewatertodrain
out.
Donotstackdishes.
Donotplaceglassestooclosetogetherbecausetheymayknockagainsteachotherand
break.
Loadlargeitemswhicharemostdifficulttocleanintothelowerbasket.

dishwasher,depositswillbeformedontheutensils.Thisapplianceisequippedwitha
watersoftenerwhichusesasaltspecificallydesignedtoeliminatethemineralsfromthe
water.
CAUTION:
Onlyusesal t specially formulatedfordomesticdishwashers.
Donotusetablesaltasitcontainsinsolublesubstanceswhichmaydamagethewater
softeningsystem.
Fillthesaltcontainerbeforestartingthewashingprogram.Inthisway,theexcesssaline
solutionwillbeimmediatelyremovedbythewater;theprolongedpresenceofsaltwater
insidethetankmayleadtocorrosion.
Ifyouplantousedishwashertabletsforyourwashingneeds,thenyoudonotrequireto
usesaltorrinseagentbutpleasenotethatthesaltindicatorlightwillremainilluminated
onthecontrolpanelcontinuouslythisisquitenormalandwillnotaffecttheoperationof
yourdishwasher.
