Frankische Kabu Seal is a pressure sealing ring that offers an easy and efficient way to seal cable conduits, especially underground. It eliminates the need for additional securing with clip rings and can be installed without special tools. Made from a soft elastomer material, it's ideal for underground cable conduits. The seal is designed to fit flush with the outside edge of the building and can be installed in element walls at the sealing level.

Observe the core drill hole dimensions (see data sheet).
2Clean the inner wall of the core drill hole or casing in the installation
area of the seal insert.
3If required, seal the inner wall with watertight coating before
installing Kabu-Seal.

4Slip the pressure sealing ring over Kabuflex with the coupling side
facing the inside of the building.
Install as flush as possible with the outside edge of the building into
the core drill hole.
For element walls, install in the area of the sealing level.
Steadily tighten screws in several runs in a diagonal sequence until
the yellow elastomer material equally fills the annular gap between
the compressive flange and the Kabuflex conduit and the core drill
hole (see Illustration 2).

Dodržte rozměr vrtaného otvoru (viz datový list)

vrstvou

4Těsnicí přítlačný kroužek smaticí směřující do vnitřního prostoru
konstrukce nasuňte přes Kabuflex
Namontujte jej do vyvrtaného otvoru tak, aby ležel vjedné rovině
svnější hranou konstrukce.
Montáž proveďte ustěn prvku voblasti utěsňovací roviny.
Šrouby dotahujte rovnoměrně křížem vněkolika pracovních cyklech,
dokud žlutý elastomerový materiál rovnoměrně nevyplní kruhovou
mezeru mezi přítlačnou přírubou atrubkou Kabuflex ataké vyvrtaný
otvor (viz obr.2).

Maat kernopening in acht nemen (zie datablad).

gebouw over de Kabuflex schuiven.
Zo vlak aansluitend mogelijk met de buitenkant van het gebouw in
de kernopening monteren.
Bij elementwanden in het afdichtvlak monteren.
Schroeven in meerdere werkfasen gelijkmatig kruislings vastdraai-
en, totdat het gele elastomeermateriaal de ringopening tussen aan-
drukflens en de Kabuflex-buis evenals de kernopening gelijkmatig
opvult (zie afbeelding 2).
