These instructions are applicable to the following Trucks:
• 2005 - 2013 Power Wagon
Applicable Part Numbers:
• (TF-SWBL-PW-675IN) 2005-2013 Power Wagon 0”-3” Lift (6.75” Links)
• (TF-SWBL-PW-925IN) 2005-2013 Power Wagon 4”-6” Lift (9.25” Links)
1. Link Removal
• Disconnect OEM links from Sway Bar and Axle
2003-2005 trucks have a taper mount on the axle; drill the mount with a ½” drill bit.
This is not needed on 2006+ trucks.
3. Install Sway Bar Link
• Install sway bar end links with the grease fittings pointed down and the wider flange of the
metal sleeve inside the center ball flush against the axle, so the link is mostly vertical when put into
position.
• Torque hardware to 100 Ft/Lbs
• Grease all 4 fittings
