  • Hello! I've read the instructions for the PLASTICADE Roll-A-Post 18 and Roll-A-Post 24 sign stands. This document outlines how to assemble the stand, secure the post, and fill the base using a variety of methods. Hole To Use To Attach Post To Base
Roll-A-Post 18 8.63" from post bottom
Roll-A-Post 24 11.5" from post bottom
Roll-A-Post 18 Filling Options:
1. Dry Sand - 60-80 lbs.
2. Water - 6.5 gallons (50 lbs.)
3. Water + Anti-Freeze - 6.5 gallons total
- use 50/50 mixture for freezing temperatures
4. H2OLD Base Gel + 5 Gallons of Water
- good for freezing temperatures
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Use one 3/8 x 5” hex bolt, and one locknut to secure plastic post to Roll-A-Post base.
Refer to chart to determine which hole on post to use.
2. Use two 3/8 x 2-1/2 hex bolts, two washers, and two locknuts to attach sign.
3. Add Vinyl Cap to the top of the Power Post to help prevent water from entering.
4. Fill Base.

2 ea. Washer 3/8
3 ea. Locknut 3/8-16

Roll-A-Post 24 Filling Options:
1. Dry Sand - 150-180 lbs.
2. Water - 15 gallons (120 lbs.)
3. Water + Anti-Freeze - 15 gallons total
- use 50/50 mixture for freezing temperatures
4. H2OLD Base Gel + 12 Gallons of Water
- good for freezing temperatures
When using gel in areas with freezing temperatures, DO NOT FILL TO CAPACITY!
Allow for gel to expand when frozen.
Recommend only filling up to 80 lbs. if planning to move after filling.
IMPORTANT! Insert Post In Base and Secure Post Upright Before Filling
