HOW TO USE AND CARE FOR YOUR LavaGlass®
• Only use with gas heating products.
• Wear protective gloves and safety glasses at all times when handling glass.
• Glass should be thoroughly dry before use.
• One bottle of LavaGlass® will cover 2 sq. ft. The base layer of your fire pit should be built up of
75% small lava rocks. Only the remaining top 25% needs to be LavaGlass®.
• Stay away from flame upon initial ignition of flame, LavaGlass® may pop or jump if directly on
the burner
• Glass will be extremely hot, do not handle for at least 2 hours after use.
• Do not clean glass with flammable products.
WARNINGS
• CHOKING HAZARD — Small parts. Not for use by children.
• A percentage of glass beads may arrive split in half and additional beads may split after use. This
is normal due to the physical properties of the glass.
