DECORATIVE SPRING TEE HINGES

Ideal for surface installations and reinforcement of
doors, gates and sheds. Working load limit per hinge:
60 lbs
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place hinge strap directly on gate post 4 in from top and
bottom of gate with hinge barrel side hanging over gate frame.
NOTE: Post side of hinge must be positioned completely on post
as shown.
2. Mark screw locations and drill 3/16
in pilot holes.
3. Secure hinge straps to gate with screws and assemble hinge.
4. Position open gate at desired height with sufficient ground
clearance and mark locations of tee pads on fence post and
drill 3/16 in pilot holes.
5. Secure tee pads to post with screws.
NOTE:
To increase tension, close gate and using the provided
adjusting rod, rotate clockwise. DO NOT exceed 3 rachet “clicks”.

INSTRUCCIONES:
1. Coloca el ala de la bisagra directamente sobre el poste del
portón a 4 plg (10.2 cm) del tope y de la parte de abajo del
portón, con el lado tipo cilíndrico de la bisagra colgando
sobre el marco del portón.
NOTA: El lado de la bisagra para el poste debe descansar
completamente sobre el poste como se muestra.
2. Marca las ubicaciones para los tornillos y taladra orificios
piloto de 3/16
plg (4.8 mm).
3. Fija las alas de la bisagra al portón con tornillos y ensambla
la bisagra.
4. Posiciona el portón abierto a la altura deseada con suficiente
distancia desde el suelo y marca las posiciones de las
almohadillas en forma de T en el poste de la cerca; taladra
orificios piloto de 3/16 plg (4.8 mm).
5. Asegura las almohadillas en forma de T en el poste, usando
los tornillos.
NOTA:
Para aumentar la tensión, cierre la puerta y gire a la derecha
con una barra de ajuste. No sobrepase 3 “clics” en el trinquete.
