Lang R36S is a heavy-duty electric heated unit with a standard oven base and 21-kW total power input. It features a one-piece heavy-duty 430 Series stainless steel exterior, with an attractive No. 4 finish, and 6" adjustable legs as standard.

The full-width 2” high range-top back riser and 3” wide full-width front grease trough make it easy to clean and maintain. The 6” wide full-width plate landing simplifies and speeds up plating.

The Lang R36S comes with a variety of cook-top configurations, including a 24" wide 3/4” thick Griddle & 2 ea.
