1. Always turn the power OFF before unplugging.

17. Turn the appliance off and unplug before removing or replacing the
inner Collection Bin or filter.
18. Unplug appliance before cleaning or maintenance.
19. If the appliance is not working as it should, review the Trouble Shooting
section on page 6, and then call for instructions where to send for repair.
Do not attempt to repair, as it will invalidate your warranty.
20. When cleaning the outside of the appliance, wipe with a damp cloth
to reduce the static electricity on the outer surface.

CONTROL PANEL DESCRIPTION

BEFORE FIRST USE
HEPA FILTER AND TRASH BAG INSTALLATION
1. Remove the included HEPA filter from plastic bag and install it into Collection
Bin’s filter slot with flaps facing upward.
2. Remove Collection Bin and unlock side clips to
separate the upper part from the bottom part of
Collection Bin. (see fig. a & b)
3. Insert any appropriate sized trash bag into the
bottom part of the Collection Bin. Re install the
upper part of the bin and lock in place with side
clips. Replace Collection Bin into the trash can.
The trash can is ready for use.
SENSOR TRASH CAN OPERATION INSTRUCTION
1. Press the POWER button to turn the unit on. A Blue Indicator Light under AUTO
will illuminate indicating the unit is on and ready to use.
2. Place your hand or any object 4 – 12 inches above Lid
Sensor to open trash can lid automatically. (see fig. c) The lid
will remain open if Infrared Sensor in front of the trash can
detects people or object within its range.
3. To manually open and close trash can lid, press OPEN and
CLOSE buttons.
4. When the Collection Bin is full, the indicator light FULL will
flash and beep audibly.
5. Utilize Infrared Sensor or press OPEN to open the trash can lid. Follow TRASH
BAG INSTALLATION steps above to remove and replace the trash bag.
Note: Trash can lid will not open during a vacuuming cycle.
VACUUM OPERATIONINSTRUCTION
1. Press the POWER button to power on. A Blue Indicator Light under AUTO will
illuminate. The vacuum defaults to Auto Mode for automatic use when turned on.
2. Sweep debris toward the inlet at the base of the unit. The infrared sensors will
detect the debris and automatically initiate a timed vacuuming cycle of 5 seconds.
3. Activate Manual Mode by pressing the POWER button again. The Blue Indicator
Light will illuminate under MAN. Sweep debris toward the inlet at the base of the
unit, press the START/OFF button or gently tap the Manual Vacuum Kick-
Switch to start and stop vacuum.
Note: You may utilize the manual vacuum Kick-Switch to start and stop vacuum
cycle during Auto or Manual Mode.

1. Press and hold the POWER button for 3 seconds to turn off
the unit. Unplug Power Cord from AC outlet.
2. Open trash can lid, lift handle to remove Collection Bin from
the unit.
3. Unlock side clips and remove trash bag(Refer to Trash Bag Installation
instructions above).
4. Wash Collection Bin by hand in warm water with mild soap. Avoid using harsh
chemical or abrasive cleaning material. Rinse and dry thoroughly. The
Collection Bin is NOT dishwasher safe.
5. Gently clean sensors and dirt inlet area with a damp cloth. Do not scrub or use
abrasive cleaning materials.
6. Replace Collection Bin back into the unit. If Collection Bin is improperly installed,
an audible Beep will sound once the unit is plugged in and powered back on.
HEPA AND AIR OUTLET FILTERS CLEANING INSTRUCTION
It is recommended to clean the HEPA and Air Outlet filters periodically to keep the
Smart Touchless Vac-Can operating at peak performance. Poorly maintained HEPA
and Air Outlet filters may collect debris to cause obstruction in vacuum’s air flow and
significant degrade performance.
1. Press and hold the POWER button for 3 seconds to turn off
the unit. Unplug Power Cord from AC outlet.
2. To remove HEPA filter, open trash can lid, lift and remove
HEPA filter from its housing. (see fig. a)
3. To remove Air Outlet filter, press the filter holder in the back
of the unit, the holder will pop open. (see fig. b& c)
4. Rinse both filters under cold running water for two
minutes until water runs clear and filter is clear from
any visible debris.
5. Dry filters thoroughly before inserting back into
housing placements.
IMPORTANT! NEVER OPERATE THE MACHINE
WITHOUT HEPA OR AIR OUTLET FILTER PROPERLY IN
PLACE.

STORAGE INSTRUCTION
1. Press and hold the POWER button for 3 seconds to turn off the unit. Unplug
Power Cord from AC outlet.
2. Thoroughly clean the unit by follow Collection Bin Cleaning Instructions and
HEPA and Air Outlet filter cleaning instructions on page 5.
3. Unplug Power Cord from the back of the unit and store it inside Collection Bin.
Never wrap cord tightly around the unit, bending cord in sharp angles may cause
breakage.
4. Store the Smart Touchless Vac-Can indoors in a clean, dry place. Never store
the unit when it is still plugged in.
WARNING! TO AVOID ELECTRIC SHOCK, DO NOT USE THE SMART
TOUCHLESS VAC-CAN OUTDOORS OR IN WET SURROUNDINGS.

Tenergy warrants its product shall be free from defects in materials
and workmanship, under normal conditions and use, for a Limited
Warranty Period of twelve (12) months from the date of original
purchase. This warranty is not applicable to cases other than
