Technical Support Steps

❶ Hold and slide up metal ring, then ❷ Remove dial screw and dial spring ❸ Remove screws(3) and gently open

detach from the outer cover set, then the dial housing the outer cover

❹ Inspect and make sure to remove ❺ Make sure to properly tuck in all wires ❻ Gently install new outer cover and lock

all broken pieces from inside of iron in between the covers before closing both covers in place with the metal ring

❼ Verify the thermostat stem is centered ❽ By losening screw(2) the cover can ❾ Repeate steps 6, 7 and 8 until the stem

If not, remove cover and make adjustments be moved slightly up, down and left, right is successfully centered. Tighten the outer

cover screws(step 3) and then the dial set

Before attempting to troubleshoot the iron, turn off and unplug the

iron from the power supply. Close the valve on the Water Tank and

disconnect the hose from the iron. Wait for the iron to cool down.
