一、 Safety instructions
1 The appliance becomes very hot during opeiation.Take care not to touch the heating
elements inside the oven.
2 WARNLNG:Accessible parts may become hot during use.To avoid bums young children
should be kept away.
3 Mains lead of adjacent appliances may be damaged by hobs or stuck between the oven
doors,and produce short circuit,therefore keep them at safe distance from the
appliance.
4 Never put pans weighing over 15Kg on the opened door of the oven.
5 Do not use the oven in the event of a technical fault,once a technical fault
caused,disconnect the power and report the fault to the service centre to be repaired.
6 Never clean the oven with the high-pressure steam cleaning device,as it may provoke
short circuit.
7 Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers to clean The door glass as
they can scratch the surface,which could then result In the glass shattering.
8 The rules and provisions contained in this instruction manual should
be strictly observed.Do not allow anybody who is not familiar with the
contents of this instruction manual to operate the oven.
9 Lf the supply cord is damaged,it must be replaced by the manufacturer,
its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
10 The appliance is not intended for use by persons(including children) with reduced
physical,sensory or mental capabilities,or lack of experience and knowledge,unless they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety
11 Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
12 WARNING:Ensure that the appliance is switched off before replacing the lamp to
avoid the possibility of electic shock.

Installing the oven
1. The kitchen should be dry and airy and have effective centilation according to the
existing technical provisions.
2. Main lead behind the oven must be placed in such manner to avoid touching the
back panel of the oven because of the heat it develops during operation.
3. Remove any packaging materials (foils,artificial foam, nails, etc)from the reach of
children, because they represent pstential danger. Children may swallow small
parts, or suffocate with folls.
4. This is a built-in oven,which means that its back wall and one side wall can be
placed next toa high piece of furniture or a wall. Coating or veneer used on fitted
furniture must be applied with a heat resistant adhesive(100).This prevents
surface deformation or detachment of the coating. If you are unsure of your
furnitures heat resistance, you should leave approximately 2 cm of free space
around the oven. The wall behind the oven should be resistant to high
temperatures. During operation, its back side can warm up to around 50above the
ambient temperature.
5. Make an opening with the dimensions given in the diagram for the oven to be fittde.
6. Make sure the mains plug is disconneted and then connect the oven to the mains
supply.
7. Insert the oven completely into the opening without allowing the four screws in the
places
shown in the diagram to fall out.

3. Oven function description
Possible settings of the oven function knob
Full Grill (Grill and the top heater)
When the combined grill is active ,It enables grilling with the grill and with the top
heater switched on at the same time.
This function allows a higher temperature at the top of the cooking area,which
causes more intense browning of the dish and permits larger portions to be grilled.
Warning!
1,When using function Grill it is required that the oven door is closed.
2,When the grill is in use accessible parts can become hot.lt is best to keep
children away from the oven.
3,When using function grill it is Recommended that the oven door is Closed.
4,When the grill is in use accessible parts Can become hot.Lt is best to keep

Bottom and top heaters on
Setting the knob to this position allows the oven to be heated conventionally.
Bottom heater
At this oven function knob position,the oven activates the bottom heater.
Fan,bottom and top
Heaters on
At this knob position the oven executes the cake function.Conventional oven with
a fan.
Grill heater on
Setting the knob to this position allows dishes to be grilled on the grate.
Fan and bottom heater on
At this oven function knob position,the Oven activates the bottom heater ang fan
Function.
The mode is useful for baking low pastry Ang preparation of preserved fruit and
Vegetables.

Caution!
When the functions with fan have been Selected but the temperature knob is set
to zero only the fan will be on.
With this function you can cool the dish or The oven chamber.

5Replacement &Cleaning the door
Attention: Before part replacement,cooker must be powered off.
Step1: Take off the door
Open the door to the maximum angle and then pull backward the movable buckle
of door hinge to the other side.
Hold the oven door and lift up (open the door 30° angle)then slowly and obliquely
drag the door backward.
Tilt the safety catch part of the hinge upwards. Close the door lightly, lift and pull it
out towards you. In order to fit the door back on to the cooker, do the inverse. When
fitting, ensure that the notch of the hinge is correctly placed on the protrusion of the
hinge holder. After the door is fitted to the oven, the safety catch should be carefully
lowered down again. If the safety catch is not set it may cause damage to the hinge
when closing the door.

Disassembly of back cover
WARNING: Turn off the electrical power supply to the appliance prior to servicing it.
Failure to disconnect the power supply during service may result in an electrical shock
or fire hazard.
Step 1: Disassemble the control panel cover and control panel back cover .
Step 2: Use a screwdriver to disassemble the screws on back cover, and take the
back cover out from the clipping hole.
Step 3: Disconnect the wires from the turbo heating element. For the sake of
reassembly convenience, please mark the connection positions before moving the
wires. Remove the screws on the turbo heating element, and then take it out of from
clipping hole.
Step 4: Use a spanner or a nut-driver to rotate the nut on the convection motor
clockwise so that the nut be taking out, and then take the fan blade and washer out of
the convection motor.

Step 5: Disconnect the wires on the convection motor. For the sake of reassembly
convenience, please mark the connection positions before moving the wires. Remove
the screws fixed the convection motor.
Disassembly of top, bottom heating element
Step1: Remove the door from oven (please refer to Point 6-Step 1), and put it
horizontally on the table.
Step2: Disassemble the control panel cover and control panel back cover (please
refer to Point 6-Step 2).
Step 3: Disassemble the back cover (please refer to 6-Step 3).
Step 4: Disconnect the wires on the top heating element. For the sake of
reassembly convenience, please mark the connection positions before moving the
wires. Remove the screws on the top heating element inside the cavity, and then pull
it out of the cavity ribs.
Step 5: Disconnect the wires on the bottom heating element. For the sake of
reassembly convenience, please mark the connection positions before moving the
wires. Remove the screws from the bottom heater coverand then pull the bottom
heater assembly out from the bottom.

Disassembly of lamp
Step1: Open the door to the maximum angle. Remove the bulb by screwing the
lamp cover off the cavity only if the bulb is required to be replaced.
Step2: Replacement of display board

When remove the power cable, ensure that the 3 sheet copper inside connection box
not come off
