• Schlitz-Schraubendreher / Slotted screwdriver
• Hammer / Hammer
• Meterstab / Pocket rule
• Akkuschrauber / Cordless screwdriver
• Handschuhe / Gloves
1. Entladerampen abschrauben / Unscrewing the unloading ramps
Gerät nach Entfernen des Kartons. Zwei
Entladerampen (Pfeile) sind auf der Palette
festgeschraubt.
Schrauben Sie die
Entladerampen ab und
legen Sie sie mit den
Schrauben zur Seite.
Unscrew the unloading
ramps and set them
aside with the screws.

2. Holzleisten entfernen / Removing the wooden strips
Holzleisten mit Schraubendreher und Hammer leicht lösen.
Loosen the wooden strips with a screwdriver and hammer.
Holzleisten mit Hebeisen entfernen.
Remove the wooden strips with the crowbar.
Die Holzleisten können entsorgt werden.
The wooden strips can be disposed of.

3. Polsterungen einschneiden / Cutting the upholsteries
Polster auf der Palette auf beiden Seiten der Rollen
komplett bis unten einschneiden
Cut the upholstery on the pallet on both sides of the
castors, down to the bottom
Herausgeschnittene Styroporstücke herausnehmen
und aufbewahren. Alle 4 Rollen sind nun frei sichtbar.
Take out the cut styrofoam pieces and keep them.
The 4 castors are now freely visible.
4. Polsterungen abnehmen / Removing the upholsteries
Entladerampe mit Styroporstück seitlich ansetzen und
das Gerät anheben.
Position the unloading ramp with a styrofoam piece
under the chamber side and lift the chamber.
Polsterungen auf dieser Seite herausnehmen.
When the chamber is lifted, a second person can
remove both upholsteries on this side.
Gerät herunterlassen
Gerät gegen Wegrollen sichern, Bremsen an den Rollen arretieren.
Lower the chamber.
Secure the chamber to prevent it from rolling off, lock the castor brakes.
Vorgang auf der anderen Seite des Gerätes wiederholen:
Gerät mit der Entladerampe anheben und Polsterungen herausnehmen
Repeat the procedures on the other side of the chamber:
Lift the chamber with the unloading ramp and remove the upholsteries.

5. Entladerampen positionieren / Position and fix the unloading ramps
Entladerampen fluchtend zu Rollen seitlich
positionieren
Position the unloading ramps aligned to the
castors.
Beide Entladerampen
im Abstand von
670mm positionieren
Position the unloading
ramps both at a
distance of 670mm
6. Entladerampen fixieren / Fix the unloading ramps
Entladerampen in dieser Position mit den
Schrauben an die Palette anschrauben
In this position, screw the unloading ramps
onto the pallet using the screws.
Bremsen an den Rollen lösen
Release the brakes on the castors
7. Gerät herunterrollen/ Roll down the chamber
Rollen zu den Entladerampen ausrichten
Align the castors to the unloading ramps
Gerät vorsichtig herunterrollen
Carefully roll down the chamber.
Entladerampen von der Palette abschrauben. Zu Wiederverwendung die Entladerampen und
Schrauben aufbewahren
Unscrew the unloading ramps from the pallet. Keep the unloading ramps and screws for reuse
