INSTRUCTIONS FOR REPLACING HYDRO AIR
MAIN DRAIN COVER
for Assembly Part Number 10-6200
Tools required: Phillips Screwdriver
1. TURN OFF ALL POWER TO THE SPA / HOT TUB / SWIMMING POOL.
NOTE: IF NECESSARY, SHUT OFF THE CIRCUIT BREAKER FOR THE SPA.
2. Remove the four screws holding the old Main Drain Cover in place.
3. Remove the cover from the Main Drain Assembly by lifting the cover away from the
assembly in the same direction you removed the screws.
4. Place the Replacement Cover on the fitting from which you just removed the old cover.
Be sure the screw holes in the cover line up with the threaded holes in the fitting.
5. Install the four new screws which came with the Replacement cover, using the Phillips
screw driver. Tighten screws until snug.
Replacement is complete. Be sure cover is secured in place before restarting spa.
