GOLF TROLLEY INSTALLATION
Place the wheels over the axle
as shown. Please note the
difference between the left
and right, which are labeled
respectively.
Take out trolley from carton,
open battery and connect the same
color battery wire terminal to the
trolley, charge the battery before
operation, charging individually or
charging after installing are both
ok.

Handle operation:
Secure the battery
using the strap
provided.
Connect the power wire to the motor.
See the Maintenance section of this
manual for instructions on charging the
battery.
Turn the accelerator
to the on position.
Seize the handle and press the left
button for two seconds to turn on the
trolley.
Turn the speed knob in
clockwise and make the
speed from 1-9 numbers of
speeds.
When turns the knob in anticlockwise
to -1, -2,-3. and the LED is not lighted,
the retrograde resistance will increase,
and the brake function has achieved.
When the trolley is on running ,
LED is not flashing, press the
left button then the trolley will
stop and press it again and it
will continue working.
When it stops, select the time and
distance setting function by
pressing the button for once, twice
and three times to select 10M, 20M,
30M, LED will be flashing. Then
press the left button and it will keep
running as per the selected
distance..
It will stop after it finishes
all distance 10M,20M or
30M, if will return to the 3
setting if no operation
within 3 seconds.

ASSEMBLY
Your golf trolley model DG12150-D is shipped fully assembled. Carefully remove your golf
trolley from it shipping carton. Keep carton in safe place.
1. Before using your electric golf trolley, ensure the battery has been fully charged with a
battery charger. Battery needs to be charged for at least 24 hours initial use. See the
Maintenance section of this manual for instructions on charging the battery.
2. Unfold the handle into the operating position until it's in the locked position.
3. Place the battery into the battery’s tray, and connect the power cord to the motor.
OPERATION
1. Fully charge the battery before playing a round of golf. (24 hours initial charge time) See
the Maintenance section of this manual for instructions on charging the battery.
2. To unfold the golf trolley you must pull the V-shape latches away from each other and
pull the handle up into operating position.
3. Install the battery onto the battery tray on golf trolley.
4. Ensure the speed knob is in the off position.
Press the left button for
about two seconds to turn off
the trolley..
If the green light is off, the battery
voltage is lower than 12.5V, if the
orange light is off, the battery
voltage is 11V, the red light
flashing, it is lower than 10V, it
needs charge

5. Connect the power cord to the motor.
6. Handle operation: Operate the handle as per above method.
7. After each round, disconnect the battery from the golf trolley and return the battery to the
charger. Ensure the charger is plugged into the power outlet and leave the battery
charging until the next time it is required.
Note: Never leave the battery in an uncharged condition or use a battery that is not fully
charged. These practices will severely shorten the service life of the battery.

MAINTENANCE
General:
Clean off excess dirt after each use.
Wipe the golf trolley with a damp cloth.
Clean the wheels thoroughly with a damp cloth.
Battery Maintenance:
1, NOTE : Please use the charger provided with this trolley to charge the battery to avoid
damage to the trolley and the battery.
2, Please charge the battery on a flat surface in a well ventilated are. Do not cover the
charger or battery while charging.
3, Charge the battery for a minimum of 8-10 hours before operation. Plug the round end
(or black/red connector) of the charger into the golf trolley recharge socket and then
insert the other end with two flat pins or round pins of the charger into the electrical
outlet. Make sure the input pins and the AC electrical outlet touch well.
4, When the indicator light on the charger turns green, the battery is fully charged. After
the battery is fully charged the charger will switch to a floating charge condition using
very little current. Allow the charger to continue charge in the floating charge condition
to ensure the battery is 100% charged.
5, After the first charge you can recharge the trolley after each use and bring the battery to
a full charge. Recharging the battery after each use will prolong the life of the battery.
6, If the golf trolley is not going to be used for some time it is wise to recharge the battery
once a month or disconnect the battery.
Always recharge battery after use.
Do not charge battery in temperatures exceeding 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees
Fahrenheit).
Charge battery for period 8-10 hours until full charge

PRECAUTIONS
Do NOT sit on the golf trolley frame or unit.
Keep the battery away from children.
Never place battery in or near a fire.
Never short the terminals.
