When Using for the First Time
1. Remove all the plastic and cardboard packaging from the thermo pot.
2. Remove any protective films or stickers from the thermo pot before
using it.

3. Never use the thermo pot near to the sink, bathtub, shower or any
other places that may contain water.
4. For first time use, boil the water in the thermo pot and then pour the
water away. This is to ensure that the thermo pot is in clean condition
before starting to use it.
5. You may notice a smell of plastic when boiling for the first time.
This is normal and will fade over time.
Operating Procedure
1. Open and lift up to completely remove the lid to add in water or you
may use other vessels like a kettle or jug to pour the water into the
inner pot. Keep other parts dry.
2. Add water till the “FULL” mark. Do not fill water above the maximum
water level to avoid water flowing out from the dispenser.
3. Add water immediately when water is about to reach the refill level
mark, otherwise dry boil will occur.
4. Make sure the bottom of the appliance is dry. Always closed the lid
securely.
5. Do not plug in when the inner pot is empty. After filling the inner pot
with water, plug the power cord to the connector inlet and Mains
electrical supply. Then switch it on to boil the water.
Once the power is connected, the water boiling lamp goes on and
water is cooked directly. After water is boiled, the unit will produce a
sound. Then the unit will automatically turn into mode of temperature
preservation and the indicator of the function will turn on.
In the mode of temperature preservation, water will automatically boil
when water is added into the inner pot. When water is fully boiled,
the unit enters the mode of temperature preservation once again.
Note: When operating the unit for the first time, the default setting for the
temperature of temperature preservation is set as 85°C. The LED
lamp will indicate and blink at 85°C.
Functions
Reboil Button:
In the mode of temperature preservation, if the water tasted of chlorine, press
"Reboil' button. The water boiling indicator will turn on. The temperature
preservation indicator light of the previous setting will keep blinking. After the
water is boiled, the unit signals with a sounds and the water boiling indicator
will go off. The unit will automatically turn into mode of temperature
preservation once again. Time required for re-boiling is 2-3 minutes.
Temperature Preservation Button:
After the unit is powered on, the default preservation temperature is set as
85°C. While the water is boiling, the set temperature preservation display will
flash. After the temperature drops to the temperature preservation
temperature, the temperature preservation display will stop flashing.
To change this temperature, just press the “TEMP SELECT” button. The Keep
Warm temperature may also be pre-selected to the following:-
60 OC (for baby’s instant milk formulas or warm drinkable water) or
85 OC (for coffee, tea and preparation of some soups) or
98OC (for instant noodles and other beverages requiring higher
temperatures)
Smart Cool Function
This function is used to stop the normal “Keep Warm” function. It will help
to save the electricity, especially at night. Press the temperature select
button till the indicator goes to the smart cool function. Once the water is
boiled, the water will start to cool down until lukewarm temperature where it is
suitable for immediate drinking when dispensed from the thermo pot.
Lock/Unlock Button:
When the unit is in operation, the safety lock will be locked. The lock cannot
be unlocked during the course of water boiling. Press the Unlock button in the
mode of temperature preservation and the unlock indicator turn on to indicate
it is unlocked. Now the user has three options to dispense the water from the
thermo pot. It will be automatically locked if there is no operation within 20
seconds and the Unlock indicator will go off.
Water Dispense Button:
1. Press Unlock button first to unlock the unit.
2. Press Dispense button to release water.
You may choose to dispense the water by gently pressing the
button on the control panel or by pressing the cup dispenser button.

Dry Boiling Prevention
If there is no water in the thermo pot, the dry-boiling prevention function will be
started, whereby the power supply will be automatically cut off to prevent
overheating which may cause damages. After the temperature of the pot
drops, it will automatically power on again. It may generate odor and the color
of internal tank will change under dry-boiling.
To prevent an empty pot from dry-boiling,
- NEVER turn on the power without pouring water into the inner pot first.
- NEVER boil water if the water inside the inner pot is below the minimum
water level mark.
- NEVER leave the lid open after adding water into the inner pot to boil.
Close immediately.
Note Please monitor the water levels frequently. Frequent dry boil situations
will lead to dis-coloration of inner pot, unpleasant odors and the damage of
thermal fuses.

Pour away the remaining hot water and let the appliance cool down
completely before cleaning.
Wipe with clean damp cloth. Do not flush the whole thermo pot with water.
Do not clean with abrasive detergent, gasoline or turpentine.
Wipe the inner pot with a clean damp cloth or with a soft sponge.
Do not use any brush with hard bristles or with abrasive detergent.
Remove the dirt on the outer body with soft fabric.
After using for the long time, the impurities in water will accumulate and
pollute the inner pot and block the water outlet.
- Please fill citric acid (70gm) with water into the inner pot and boil for
30 minutes every month if the water used is not purified. Pour the
water away after the boiling process and gently wipe all the remaining
water with soft wet sponge once the appliance cool down.
- Boil the water and pour it out completely to clean the inner pot. Repeat
this procedure if necessary.
Prior to storage, wait till the unit is completely dry, and put it into a plastic
bag and seal it to prevent any insect from getting in.
