Assembly
Assembling and removing the snow plough on the basic
agria machine
è
Basic machine
Please read this leaflet for information on a particular
assembly.
Remote control
ΠPut the free end of the cord (21) into the hole on the
notched lever (22) and knot the end.
Put the other end with the handle (15) towards the
rear within reach of the hands or attach it using the
attachment clip (14) on the handle.
Rollers
Ž Adjust the rollers (1) so that the blade only
just touches the ground . The snow plough
must slide on the rollers.
When the blade starts to become worn down,
adjust the rollers. Always check that it is
properly set before starting snow clearing.
Plastic blade
It is possible to add a plastic blade (K) below the steel
blade (S). Pierce the plastic blade (agria ref. 379 27) at the
top, alongside and flush with the steel blade.
Ballast
The bearing weight can be increased by increasing the
front ballast on the ballast-gate (4).
Snow chains
To improve the grip of the driving wheels, it is advisable
to use snow chains.
Snow plough
The snow plough has three
pivoting positions:
- central position
- pivoting to the left
- pivoting to the right
ll
ll
l
By pulling the cord handle,
move the snow plough into the
desired position. By leaning the
plough over slightly, the snow
can be cleared to the side.
ll
ll
l
Make sure that the stop button
is properly fitted into the correct
hole after pivoting and after
having released the handle.
ll
ll
l
After tpivoting, place the
handle on the plough handle or
attach it with the attachment clip.

Technical safety advice
W
Before assembling or removing the snow plough as well as before
starting on maintenance or servicing work, stop the machine's engine!
Wear heavy duty shoes!
Be careful of crushing or churning up the ground when turning the snow plough!
Take care to match the speed to the specific working conditions encountered: if
the machine hits an obstruction, the shock of the impact may injure the driver.
