Ha a készüléket vízszintes helyzetben

szállították, akkor állítsa függőleges

helyzetbe és várjon 2 órát, mielőtt a há

lózathoz csatlakoztatná. A vízszintes

szállítás kvetkeztében ugyanis az olaj

egy része belefolyik a hűtőrendszerbe

és időre van szükség ahhoz, hogy

visszafolyjon a motorba. Ha a szállítás

után túl hamar üzembe helyezi a készü

léket, az károsodhat.

A készülék görgői csak kisebb elmozdításokra

szolgálnak. Ne tolja így nagyobb távolságra a

készüléket.

A készülék elektromos hálózatra történő csat

lakoztatása előtt hajtsa végre „A készülék

üzembe helyezése” című részben leírt tisztí

tási műveletet. A készülék csatlakozódugóját

minden karbantartási művelet végrehajtása

előtt ki kell húzni. Mindig közvetlenül a dugót

fogja meg, és ne a kábelnél fogva húzza ki az

aljzatból.

Soha ne töltse tele a palackokat vagy tégelye

ket folyadékkal, ha a fagyasztóba szeretné

tenni. Legfeljebb 2/3 részig lehetnek tele a tá

rolóedények, ellenkező esetben a fagyás köz

ben létrejövő térfogatnövekedés szétrepeszti

az edényt.

A kiolvasztás meggyorsítása érdekében ne

alkalmazzon az útmutatóban leírtaktól eltérő

eljárásokat.

Ne helyezzen elektromos eszközöket azokba

a rekeszekbe, amelyek a fagyasztott élelmi

szerek tárolására szolgálnak (kivétel, ha a

gyártó mást javasol). Ne engedje a gyermeke

ket a készülékkel játszani, és tartsa távol a

háziállatokat is. A kiselejtezett készüléket

használatra alkalmatlanná kell tenni. Húzza ki

a hálózati dugóját, és vágja el a hálózati ká

belt közvetlenül ott, ahol a készülékből kilép.

catch unusable or, better still, remove the

door, so as to ensure that no child or animal

Your appliance's refrigeration circuit

is filled with isobutane refrigerant

(R600a), a natural, non-polluting gas

that is, however, inflammable. Ensure

that none of the components in your

appliance's refrigeration circuit have

been damaged during transport or ins-

tallation. If you detect any damage,

keep your appliance away from flames

or any type of source of heat or com-

bustion and ventilate it location.

Környezetvédelem és energiatakarékosság

A készülék villamosenergiafogyasztásának csökkentése érdekében:

– Szerelje be a készüléket „A készülék beszerelése” című részben megadottak szerint.

– Csak a feltétlenül szükséges ideig hagyja nyitva a készülék ajtaját. Ne helyezzen be forró ételt a

hűtő vagy fagyasztórészbe. Ez különösen a levesekre és a sok gőzt kibocsátó ételekre vonatkozik.

– Rendszeresen ellenőrizze az ajtótömítéseket, és ügyeljen arra, hogy az ajtók jól záródjanak. Ha

hibát észlel, forduljon a szakszervizhez.

A jelenlegi környezetvédelmi előírásoknak megfelelően a készülék nem tartalmaz CFCt. Helyette

az R600a jelzésű gázzal működik. Az adott készülékben használatos hűtőközeg pontos típusát egy

értelműen feltüntettük a hűtőtér belsejében levő adattábla bal alsó részén.

Az R600a nem környezetszennyező gáz, nem károsítja az ózonréteget és gyakorlatilag nincs hatá

sa az üvegházhatásra.

A készülékhez felhasznált csomagolóanyag újrahasznosítható. A környezet védelme érde

kében segítsen az újrahasznosításában és helyezze az újrahasznosítható hulladékok gyűj

tésére szolgáló tartályba. A készülék is sok újrahasznosítható anyagot tartalmaz. Ezeket az

oldalt látható címkével jelöltük, és ez utal arra, hogy nem szabad egyéb hulladék közé ke

verni őket. A gyártó ezúton kíván eleget tenni az elektromos és elektronikus berendezések

hulladékokként való kezeléséről szóló 2002/96/EK rendelet előírásainak. A legközelebbi szelektív

hulladékgyűjtők címét a helyi önkormányzattól vagy a forgalmazótól tudhatja meg.

Az ajtónyitás irányának megváltoztatása

Az ajtók a gyári beállítás alapján a bal oldalon nyílnak, vagyis a sarokpántok a jobb oldalon talál

hatók. Ha jobbról akarja nyitni az ajtót, akkor az alábbi módon változtathatja meg a nyitási irányt.

Pontosan kövesse a leírást és ügyeljen a műveletek elvégzésének helyes sorrendjére is.

1. Óvatosan döntse hátra a készüléket.

2. Szerelje le az ábrán Aval jelzett, lábazaton lé

vő füleket úgy, hogy maga fele húzza azokat.

Fordítsa felfelé a lábazatot, így az kipattan a

helyéről (R1 ábra). Távolítsa el a Bvel jelölt fe

dőlapot a lábazatról és helyezze át a jobb oldalra

(R2 ábra).

3. Távolítsa el az alsó sarokcsapot, és tegye sza

baddá a házától (C). Vegye ki a műanyag távtar

tót, amely az ajtó és a csaphoz tartozó sarokpánt

között van. Szerelje le az alsó részen lévő Dvel

jelölt sarokpántot és helyezze bele a bal oldali

lyukba (R3 ábra).

4. Távolítsa el a készülék ajtaját (R3 ábra).

5. **Csavarozza le a fémből készült távtartót (Y)

(R3 ábra), amelyet a jobb oldalon a készülék

alsó részén talál.

6. **Fordítsa meg a távtartót (Y) (R3 ábra) és csa

varokkal rögzítse alul a baloldalon.

(**Az 5. és 6. pontban megadottak csak bizonyos

modellekre érvényesek.)

7. Távolítsa el a távtartót és a csapot (E) a felső

sarokpántról és szerelje ki a műanyag borításból

a jobb oldalon (R4 ábra).

8. Fordítsa meg az Evel jelzett csapot 180°kal és

helyezze a felső sarokpántot a jobb oldali nyí

lásba (R4 ábra).

9. Illessze rá az ajtót a felső sarokpántra a balolda

lon (R4 ábra).

10. Helyezze rá az alsó sarokpántot (D) az ajtóra,

ügyelve arra, hogy a műanyag távtartók meg

felelően a csapokra kerüljenek.

11. Csavarozza be az alsó sarokpántot (D) a helyére.

12. Helyezze vissza a lábazati részt és állítsa vissza

függőleges helyzetbe a készüléket.

Adjusting the hinge

Sometimes the top door and the strip are not perfect-

ly aligned (Drawing R10). In this case, unscrew the

fixing screw slightly from the cover (A) over the top

hinge. Then screw it in again and check that the seal

is perfectly hermetic.

Reversibility of the handle

Unscrew the handle from the left-hand side and refit

it on the right-hand side (Drawing R11), moving

across the plugs that block the screw holes. Use the

handle to determine the position of the new holes

(2.5mm diameter) for fixing the handle.

Setting the temperature

When you put your appliance into operation, set the refrigerator temperature to a moderate setting of 5°C.

4 hours after starting your appliance or after any change to the temperature set in the refrigerator

section, check the temperature "OK" indicator on the screen (see the symbols table).

- If the indicator does not appear, lower the temperature a little and check the "OK" indicator again

after 4 hours. Repeat the operation as many times as required.

- If the "OK" indicator appears on your screen, your refrigerator's temperature is set correctly.

A készülék beindítása és beállítása

Hőmérséklet „OK” jelzés

• A kijelzőn megjelenik az „OK” felirat, ha a hőmérséklet a leghidegebb zónában lega

Gyorshűtés funkció

Your appliance must be installed, fixed if ne-

cessary and used in compliance with the ins-

tructions in this operating and installation

mage and/or danger due to any lack of stabi-

lity or faulty installation.

If the appliance has been delivered to

your home in a horizontal position,

stand it upright and then wait 2 hours

before plugging it in. A small amount of

oil may have flowed into the refrigera-

tion circuit, and you must allow time for

this to flow back towards the motor be-

fore connecting the appliance. Failure

to do so may damage the appliance.

If you appliance is fitted with castors, please

remember that they are only designed to as-

sist in small movements. Do not use them for

longer journeys.

Carry out an initial cleaning operation (see

the section on "Installing your appliance") be-

fore connecting your appliance to the electri-

cal supply. Disconnect your appliance prior to

performing any maintenance operation.

Grasp the plug directly, instead of pulling on

the power cable.

Do not place bottles or jars containing liquids

in the freezer unless they are only two-thirds

full: freezing causes liquids to expand, which

can cause the container to explode.

Do not use any other method than those we

recommend in this manual for speeding up

defrosting.

Do not use electrical equipment inside com-

partments designed for preserving frozen

food unless the manufacturer recommends

otherwise. Do not let children play with the

appliance and keep your pets well away from

it. Worn out appliances must be rendered

unusable. Unplug and cut the electric cable

flush with the appliance. Render the door

catch unusable or, better still, remove the

door, so as to ensure that no child or animal

risks being shut inside whilst playing. If a pro-

blem arises that you are unable to resolve

using the advice given (see the "Noise, incon-

veniences, minor breakdowns" section),

please contact an official after-sales service

or a qualified professional.

Your appliance's refrigeration circuit

is filled with isobutane refrigerant

(R600a), a natural, non-polluting gas

that is, however, inflammable. Ensure

that none of the components in your

appliance's refrigeration circuit have

been damaged during transport or ins-

tallation. If you detect any damage,

keep your appliance away from flames

or any type of source of heat or com-

bustion and ventilate it location.

Your appliance is equipped with a cold air ven-

tilation system:

- Mixed cold (A): the fan mixes the air

providing greater temperature homogeneity

and avoiding condensation forming on the

glass shelves.

- Regulated cold (B): a distribution column

directs the air to every level, providing a very

homogeneous temperature and avoiding any

condensation forming on the shelves.

Apart from these everyday advantages,

we recommend that you use the fan:

- When the climatic conditions are extreme

(e.g. a heat wave).

- If you have just placed a large amount of

food in your appliance's.

To start the fan:

- Appliance without electronics: press the ON

button (Drawing C)

- Appliance with electronics: this function is

initiated by electronic system on the control

panel (See the symbols table in the section

"Switching on and adjusting the appliance").

� The fan does not operate continu-

ously. When it starts up depends on

the refrigerator's internal tempera-

ture. It is therefore quite normal

for the fan not to operate some-

times when the Start button has

been correctly pressed.

Élelmiszerek előkészítése hűtéshez

Az élelmiszerek behelyezése előtti teendők:

A friss élelmiszereket gondosan csomagolja be. Ezáltal megőrzik ízüket, színüket, nedvességtartal

mukat és frissességüket. Az együtt tárolt élelmiszerek befolyásolhatják egymás ízét. Csak zöldség,

gyümölcs és salátaféle tárolható csomagolás nélkül a zöldségtároló ókban.

Várja meg, amíg az ételek és/vagy italok kihűlnek, mielőtt a hűtőbe teszi ezeket.

Távolítsa el a karton csomagolóanyagot a joghurtos palackok körül.

This guide to installing and using your fridge-freezer is applicable to several models.

There may be slight differences between your appliance's details and features and

those described here.

As you read through the guide, you will come across the following symbols, to warn you of:

This uses activated carbon to neutralise the

ethylene and therefore increase the storage

life of fruits and vegetables. The cartridge lasts

for around 3 months.

On first use:

- Release the cartridge from its support

(drawing R1).

- Remove the plastic film (the instructions are

printed on the film) (drawing R2).

- Activate the timer by pressing on the pellet

(drawing R3).

- Replace the cartridge on its support.

Renewing the cartridge:

- When a red line appears on the timer, you

must change the cartridge (drawing R4).

You can obtain refills:

- From your After-sales Service (contact details

at the end of this booklet).

- From your usual dealer.

Cleaning your appliance

 We recommend that you clean and

disinfect your appliance regularly

for improved hygiene and to keep

your food completely safe.

Remove all the food from the appliance. Place

it in isothermic bags or wrap it in newspaper

and store it in a cool place.

Clean your appliance inside and out with a

bicarbonate of soda solution (1 dessertspoon

of bicarbonate to 4 litres of water). Do not use

alcohol, scouring powder or detergents, which

could damage the surfaces.

 Do not use a high-pressure steam

cleaner. The very hot steam could

damage the surfaces and the elec-

trical circuits; you would expose

yourself to a risk of electrocution.

Rinse with water, dry with a cloth.

Periodically check that the drain hole for the

defrosting water is not blocked and clean it

with a stick as shown in the Drawing.

Don't forget to clean the condenser from time

to time: this is at the back of the appliance

(see the section on "Description of your appli-

ance"). Use a dry paintbrush to do this or, bet-

ter yet, your vacuum cleaner.

Reconnect your appliance, and adjust the

refrigerator's thermostat if necessary, as

shown in the section on.

Wait 3 or 4 hours before placing the food back

in your appliance.

 Recommendations for the electrical installation of your appliance:

- Do not use extension leads, adaptors, or socket strips.

- Always make sure your circuit is earthed.

- The socket must always remain accessible, yet be out of the reach of children.

 If you have any doubts, contact your installer.

 If the appliance has been delivered to your home in a horizontal position, stand it

upright and then wait 2 hours before plugging it in. A small amount of oil may have

flowed into the refrigeration circuit, and you must allow time for this to flow back

towards the motor before connecting the appliance. Failure to do so may damage

the appliance.

 Carry out an initial cleaning operation (see the section on "Installing your applian-

ce") before connecting your appliance to the electrical supply. Disconnect your

appliance prior to performing any maintenance operation. Grasp the plug directly,

instead of pulling on the power cable.

flush with the appliance. Render the door

catch unusable or, better still, remove the

door, so as to ensure that no child or animal

risks being shut inside whilst playing. If a pro-

using the advice given (see the "Noise, incon-

Your appliance's refrigeration circuit

is filled with isobutane refrigerant

(R600a), a natural, non-polluting gas

that is, however, inflammable. Ensure

that none of the components in your

appliance's refrigeration circuit have

bustion and ventilate it location.

Humidity filter

Under the vegetable tray's glass shelf, there is

a filter, which controls the level of humidity,

keeping it at the optimum level for preserving

such foodstuffs.

To clean this filter: remove the top of the

compartment, remove the lid and then re-

move the "K" filter and wash it under running

water.

Changing the light bulb

� Disconnect your appliance

- Unscrew the screw holding the interior light

in place

- Remove the interior light and replace the

bulb with another of the same type (15

WATTS max.). Refit the interior light and

screw it in place.
