Managing the battery pack
The ZYPAD WL11XX is shipped with a rechargeable Li-Ion battery pack that allows, in
certain conditions, more than 8 hours of operation. This is an average value that
depends on the use of the product: intensive radio communications may reduce the
operating time: we suggest having at least one spare battery pack available.
Your ZYPAD WL11XX also has an internal capacitor; this is used to maintain files in
the RAM and Clock when powered down.
Please note that the battery pack and the internal capacitor are discharged when
delivered and therefore both need to be charged before first use.
It is recommended that you fully charge the battery before setting up
the ZYPAD WL11XX for the first time.
By doing so the internal capacitor will also be fully charged and your
ZYPAD WL11XX will function correctly.
