Panasonic TX2172 is a TV receiver designed to operate on 240 volts 50 Hz a.c. mains. The TV features a 21-pin aerial terminal socket, a headphone socket for connecting 8-300 Ohm impedance headphones, and a 21-pin terminal for connecting to video recorders or computers. The TV has a built-in teletext decoder, which can be accessed by pressing the "TEXT" button on the remote control. The teletext decoder can display information in both "FASTEXT" and "LIST" modes. The TV also has a number of other features, including:
