a) Warning: Be aware of the risk of open re and other sources of strong heat, such as electric bar res, gas res, etc. in the near
vicinity of the changing unit.
b) Warning: Do not leave your child unattended.
c) Warning: Keep children clear during assembly as pack contains small parts which may present a choking hazard.
d) Warning: Furniture can be dangerous if incorrectly installed. Assembly to be carried out by two competent adults only.
e) Warning: Never drag furniture when moving it, always lift it.
f) Ensure the wall strap is installed using an appropriate wall xing.
g) Please make sure that all assembly ttings are always tightened properly: please check them regularly in case they need
retightening. Screws shall not be loose, as child could trap parts of the body or clothing (e.g. strings, necklaces, etc. in the near vicinity
of the wardrobe.
h) This changing unit can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Occasional use of furniture polish can help maintain its good condition.
Never use bleach or aggressive abrasives.
i) A changing mat should always be used. Recommended size is 70cm x 45cm approximately.
j) All parts and ttings have been designed to be constructed once, do not disassemble for storage or transport.
k) Do not use the changing unit if any part is broken, torn or missing.
l) This product is suitable for children up to a maximum weight of 15kgs.
m) Only KUB replacement parts should be used.
