Axial/AlignProduconSystemsifthereisanydamagetotheunitthatmayhinderthe

operaon.

4. LitheturntableONLYusingthe¾‐10UNCliingholesprovidedulizinga4‐point

slingorchainarrangementandsuitableliingeyes,sizedfortheload.

usingsuitableanchors.

9. Installelectricalcontrollinestomotor,brake,andencoder.Conneconsareall

locatedonthedrivemotor.

VI. Maintenance

Interval Inspection Corrective Action

Lubricate main drive gear and

pinion with gear lube.

Grease with EP1 by brushing

or wiping onto gear.

Inspect drive gear for wear or

looseness.
